• Grant Opening Meeting with key stakeholders to introduce the project objectives and intervention strategies to get their support. • Organize 3 Days Project Orientation Workshop For Staff/ team for basic understanding of the project. • Mapping Exercise / Rapid Situational Analysis ( RSA) about gypsy home based workers products and professions. • Establishment of GWTFCC (Gypsy Women Trade Facilitation and Communication Centre) in District Lahore. • Provide Training Material for training sessions with gypsy home based workers • Organized 2 days capacity Building Training for management team of GWTFCC, Lahore • Organize Theatre Performances for sensitization of gypsy women about their home based gypsy products • Group Formations of Potential GWHBW in Lahore • 2 Days capacity building training of Potential GWHBW on business skills • Providing Raw Material to selected GBHWs • Organize Advocacy Seminar for linkages building and promotion of gypsy products • Organize Enterprise Mela for Promotion of Gypsy Products |
